3-4 large tomatoes finely chopped and seeds removed
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
6-8 basil leaves, chopped
1 tsp salt
freshly ground black pepper

– Finely chop the tomatoes and red onion, and place in a bowl.

– Add the garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and basil and mix thoroughly.

– Add the salt and pepper as needed.
